Maybe bank robbers should be given open lines of credit at all banks to make their life easier.

I think that has already been tried with all of those "No-documentation" mortgage issues that were so common in the 2008 time frame.

Most of those people got away clean with hundreds of millions of dollars. Now we know how it works. Any questions?
