I like this cozy little store’s strategy better, but whatever works.

Narrator dumps on him for emptying the magazine. As long as the punk still has a gun, he’s still a threat, down, injured or not.

Not to profile but if that guy walked in I would profile and I would be right.

Too bad we can’t see the next 30 seconds of video.

It's out there. I saw it a few days ago. Try LiveLeak.

And it shows the importance of carrying with one in the chamber.

Absolutely. Only a fool carries with an empty chamber.

I don’’t have any links, but I have read of several cases where the prosecutor used multiple rounds as an attempt to prove the shooter was a bloodthirsty wild man lusting for blood.

One that I remember well was either still in the military or recently out. He shot the bad guy, who was going to rob him and his girlfriend, twice in the chest and then a head shot.

And believably quick.

Happened at a convenience store/ gas station.

The prosecutor tried to show that he was bloodthirsty and the head shot was his clincher.

The shooter made the simple statement that he was only doing what he had been trained to do.

He was not convicted.

But it goes to show that there are many prosecutors who do not care about justice. All they care about is convictions.

Interestingly enough, it is they who are bloodthirsty...legally.

I wonder why he raised his muzzle past the target then brought it back down onto target?

Adrenaline.

There is no other way. unloaded is unloaded. When you need a handgun and a bullet you need it now.

His first (and last) mistake was deciding to become an Armed Robber.

I could see that happening during the trial:

Lawyer - “Why did you shoot him so many times?”

Defender - “Because he still had the gun in his hand.”

Lawyer - “But he wasn’t going to use it. He was already dead.”

Defender - “Sorry, but I didn’t bring my Star Trek medical Tricorder with me to find out from a distance.”

Oh, I agree. That was the link I could find showing the whole incident. The original one that I saw from a few days ago had no narration, and was removed.

‘He was instructed to do the same thing in his Army firearms training and said if you aimed it that way “you couldn’t miss”’

Maybe the tendency to bring the muzzle down if you jerk the trigger??
