Obama did do that. He had all kinds of federal agencies buy up rounds in bulk such that they were not available in retail stores. They were buying up .223 and .308 and .22 rounds.

The USPS was one of the purchasers. So barry was using taxpayer money to purchase a lot of ammo so it would not be available to us, the taxpayer.

I recall in the day following Trump's SHOCKING victory over Hillary, a man at Public Storage said he worked for FEMA and had to EMPTY their storage unit IMMEDIATELY. I couldn't believe this IDIOT was saying more than his words would indicate..
