You have no understanding of what you are reading and the twits who made new changes at the Wikipedia article don't help.
Let me make this very clear. Jewish law does not affect Gentiles today. No country follows Talmudic law. As the article you selectively quote from notes, capital punishment is hard in Jewish law, made more so by the Talmud. A Gentile could claim ignorance of the law.
