I listened to the entire 22 minutes. Twice the dispatcher muted herself and when she returned to the line she was still giggling as she trailed off on her conversation with someone else.
we have a similar dysfunctional 911 in Sullivan County, TN. Sad really because there is a good Sheriff in that County. But the 911 system is disfubctional and dangerous for those with an emergency, dangerous because of distractions constantly running in the room, things not even remotely related to the professional running of a 911 dispatch.
