or they came down with Alzheimer’s He's an idiot. We have Parkinsons in our family and pay $10k per month out of pocket. Debt? No, just eating through savings. If anyone thinks the government will pay that, they are sadly mistaken. The government will pay for oxycodone-warehouse-care at a so-called nursing home. They are the cheaper alternative because they have very little staff and put everyone on the happy pills (probably including the staff).
