Joe diGenova: FISA report circulating 'inside and outside' of Justice Department
Washington Examiner ^ | August 29, 2019 | Daniel Chaitin

Posted on 08/30/2019 7:56:07 PM PDT by george76

diGenova said Inspector General Michael Horowitz has determined all four FISA warrants against one-time Trump campaign aide Carter Page were illegally obtained.

...

DiGenova said if he were attorney general, any officials involved in obtaining the Page FISA warrants who are still in the department would be "gone." He singled out Dana Boente, who is the general counsel now under FBI Director Christopher Wray. The April 2017 FISA renewal was approved by Boente and former FBI Director James Comey,

...

DiGenova also discussed the two people he wants to hear from after the FISA report is released. He said he wants to know what the presiding judge of the 11-member FISA Court, Rosemary Collyer, will do to the people who "lied" to the court. And diGenova said he wants to hear from Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, who makes appointments to the court and supervises it.

"He had no problem criticizing the president of the United States for making comments about the political leanings of some judges on the 9th Circuit," DiGenova said of Roberts. "Well, Mr. Chief Justice, get off your tush and tell us what you think about this disgraceful conduct in your court — the FISA Court."

It’s too big to not whitewash, I’m afraid.

Thank you for sharing this great insight.
I so hope that what you are saying comes to pass.
That once everything comes together that justice will be served.

You spoke in such a decent manner.
Well done!

Grand jury proceedings...

What grand jury proceedings?

From what I’ve heard Durham is investigating but hasn’t convened any grand jury. Do you know different?

Floor me with your acumen.

Joseph diGenova obviously has plenty of “insider information.” He was eliminated from consideration to join Trump’s legal team because of conflicts of interest — mainly involving his firm’s representation of people involved in this whole debacle.

Agreed. The people in charge of the investigation and what is reported, for the most part, are also the people that perpetrated the crimes. The delay is to see what gets out into the public and how to fashion that into a narrative of "mistakes were made, but nothing prosecutable".

Just looked up the May 31 article posted on FR by Freeper “horsappl”, which gave info about John Durham’s role in overturning a conviction by Robert Mueller that kept 4 men wrongly imprisoned for several decades.
That article made me feel very good about Barr, since he was the one who hired Durham.
If I were one of the Spygate members, I might be a little worried about having Durham on my trail/tail!

Right — thanks for the clarification. My post was only supposed to apply to an actual indictment, not all grand jury information. Presumably, the indictment would not be known to someone who was just a witness.

If there’s a Federal indictment then there would presumably have to be a grand jury proceeding. I don’t know if there is a grand jury seated for this. I was just responding to the previous poster’s point about potential indictments.

Sooner or later all of this will work its way back to the lowest common denominator: Hillary Rodham Clinton!

And when Hannity asked Joe point blank if there will be indictments all he would says was there “should be”. Not “will be....

Well, if no one, including all those witnesses wandering around, know anything about any grand juries, than we shouldn’t expect any indictments, should we?

Pardon me for the long sentence.

All these clowns are very busy "blowing to the galleries."

In the end, no one will be indicted or prosecuted.

What we're getting is the complete and full presentation of Kabuki theater Wash D.C. style.

I just asked a legitimate question that nobody can answer. What has Barr done?

I don’t even think he sent Comey a stern letter.

No one ever, ever, ever goes to jail in the Federal government. But if a simple citizen of the realm gets even a little bit out of line they will never be seen or heard from again.

Remember, those black shirts u idolize are not your friends.

The ultimate responsibility rests with Bammy.

Hillary is safe because she promised to take down “half of DC” with her if she faced prosecution.

The rats will burn down half a dozen cities if the first negro President is threatened.
