The IG doesn’t prosecute, that is the decision of the AG and the professional prosecutors of the DOJ. No doubt the Media will sing the praises of Comey and celebrate his “innocence”, but the is a long game and it’s still early.

The action deemed appropriate is to do nothing. Possibly cut Comey a bonus check with our tax money.
