Can the millions of victims of black crime be exempted somehow? Sorta like getting robbed was maybe an advance payment on their reparation debt?
By the time you tally up what blacks as a group have COST non-blacks for the disproportionately high share of crime, incarceration, illegitimate births, welfare payments, etc., blacks OWE us money.
