Lawyers for Epstein, his victims urge judge to investigate suicide
The New York Post ^ | 27 August 2019 | Emily Saul

“For us, the elephant in the room is what happened to our client,” Epstein lawyer Reid Weingarten told Berman. “The court should make an inquiry.”

.
.
.

But his lawyers questioned that ruling, with Weingarten claiming that broken bones in Epstein’s neck were “far more consistent with assault than suicide.”

Not sure how much ability the court has to investigate this, but at least the interested parties are trying.

Forget it. It’s over.

Victims should be glad Epstein is finally getting the punishment he deserves.

Eternal punishment.

“far more consistent with assault than suicide.”

But very consistent with Assisted Suicide!

The guy supposedly “tried to commit suicide “ was put on suicide watch then taken off and then commits suicide while coincidentally the cameras all quit working. As James Comey would say “no reasonable prosecutor “ would question this.

Keep pushing. The higher ups who were involved need to be exposed.

Epstein was slipped a sedative in his food then strangled in his cell.

Paging Seth Rich..

Does Hillary STILL control a wing of the FBI, etc?

QUESTION:

What was UNDER THE GOLD DOME at Epstein's Island getaway? That gold dome WAS REMOVED BEFORE THE FBI GOT THERE. I contend that UNDER the gold dome was an ARRAY of microwave dishes and/or satellite antenna equipment FOR A DIRECT FEED INTO HILLARY'S ILLEGAL PRIVATE SERVER WHERE ALL THE DAMNING SEX VIDEOS OF VARIOUS POLITICIANS, JUDGES, ETC., were then used to BLACKMAIL THEM!

How’s the murder investigation of Seth Rich going? Any developments? Any suspects? Anything? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?

It is indeed over.

The victims should not be (and I daresay are not) glad - nor should patriots who care about actual justice.

Our legal system is not based upon eternal punsishment, but upon temporal punishment.

It has been once again stymied by TPTB, and Epstein’s associates are the ones who are glad.

Is #MSMInstaClintonBook prepared to call the victims “conspiracy kooks” and “suicide deniers”?

This isn’t Spain. The courts don’t conduct inquiries.

"Forget it. It’s over.

I believe, if he committed suicide he was, "potentially" mentally unstable when his will and estate plan were created which, therefore, could be challenged. If he was murdered it is binding on the court regardless of his crimes. (He was never judged guilty.)

The lawyers may be trying to keep his estate plan intact and shelter his will from lawful seizure, insofar as he is entitled to a presumption of innocence.

The lawyers are the only ones that are going to be getting any assets out of his estate. They will tie this up in “for years. Arguing until it is all spent. The victims will get nothing.

Of current charges. He was a convicted pedophile.

Nope. He was not a pedophile, nor was he convicted as such. He was convicted for soliciting an underage girl for prostitution. Would you please cite the conviction date and jurisdiction for pedophilfila.

The victims should be more worried about the fact that our deep state government is so corrupt that someone would arrange the murder of their rapist. Not to vindicate the victims, but to protect others who assaulted them.
