Under Islam the world is divided into two parts. The place of submission under Islamic control where Sharia Law in fully enforced and the place of war that is infidel ruled and Sharia is not fully enforced.
Muslims in the place of war are allowed to do about anything if it forwards the Jihad of converting infidel lands to Islamic control.
