Unfortunately, it usually is. Huffpo will refuse to reveal their "source", and hide behind the 1st amendment. The reality is, the facts are as made up as Blasey-Ford's story, and it was all part of a well planned attack on Kavanaugh's confirmation. Derrick Evans and Doug Kennedy are just collateral damage, and I'll be surprised if they ever see a dime.

Ironic for Mr Evans, who is a far left SJW, BLM activist and "Intersectional Environmentalist", that he became road kill under the Dem bus. Falsely but conveniently stereotyped as the "Black Drug Dealer" who poisoned white kids and killed a Kennedy, by his own political soulmates.
