It’s not just the above who should be charged. It’s those in the media who deliberately and knowingly incite targeted violence... and not just by inference and subtlety. There are high profile people and celebrities in the media (social and traditional) who have specifically called for violence against people for wearing a hat.
I know criminal charges will never happen, but those people need to be hit with civil suits by these victims.
I hope that is a felony, and, they will never vote again.
I bet some enterprising lawyer can come up with something along these lines.

That said- It just ticks me off, that no one is "allowed" to wear any MAGA item in public. This is effing censorship! Screw that!
