That video is exactly, precisely, 100 percent right.
Makes me a tiny bit nervous, around the 40.00 timeframe in the video when he, after saying the Chinese built 8 ‘aircraft carriers’ of islands in the south China sea, that he then says it is in his view, likely we might become involved in a shooting war with China, about those islands.
