When someone like Biden says 40 died instead of 4 or Obama says 10,000 died instead of 12, only a close-minded anal-retentive math genius ( we all know that math is a white-supremest construct) would call him out on it. The spirt of what he said is the truth and as Biden says he is going to follow truth rather than facts.
If a Republican makes the tiniest error in any kind of statement, he is, of course, a lying liar. It’s really quite simple once you get the hang of it.
