Latino Texas lawmakers condemn governor for 'dangerous' tweets about immigrants

In the weeks since a deadly mass shooting in El Paso, Texas, Latino lawmakers have come forward publicly to denounce Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) for his language that they say is "dangerous" for the state's immigrant communities.

Democratic members of the El Paso legislative delegation and the Mexican American Legislative Caucus condemned Abbott’s tweet that said the state had to “provide and fund public education for illegal immigrants."

TWEET: "5 liberals on the Supreme Court ruled that Texas had to provide and fund public education for illegal immigrants. The next decade, in Texas v. U. S., Federal courts rejected our lawsuit that the federal government should pay for that education cost."

The "attack on a child's right to an education is immoral and infuriating, regardless of citizenship status,” the caucus said, accusing Abbot of having "demonized" the immigrant community "since day one,” NBC News reported.

“Our community is trying to heal from racially driven violence. This hurts. It is dangerous,” state Rep. Joe Moody (D-El Paso) tweeted Friday.

Too dangerous for illegals. They need to go home for their own safety

The Tejanos were the majority of those fighting for Texas independence. That at a time when several other revolts were put down.

For a long time these patriots were jealous of what they along with the other Texans had achieved.

But so many have been seemingly silenced. Now in a decades long process Mexico reaches out to take back what their Texan forebears achieved through what amounts to Mexican government sanctioned illegal immigration.

Too bad our government isn’t eager to help them with summary deportation. Illegal aliens are not owed a day in court.

Deport them all.

Get in line, come back legally, THEN we’ll talk.

Until then, they have ZERO rights. GTFO.

Bravo to our courageous Texas governor, Greg Abbott! If there were no illegal aliens in Texas public schools, the taxpayers would save hundreds of millions of dollars every year. Since a ridiculous 1986 SCOTUS ruling, border states have unfairly been forced to bear the expenses of the federal government’s failure to police our border and stop illegal immigration.

If illegals were deported as they should be, Texas could close some rural schools and consolidate others in both rural and urban areas, improving education for our citizens. There would be no need to spend money on English As A Second Language teachers (many of them substandard) and curriculum support. We would not have school districts with 100% of the students on the free breakfast and lunch programs.

Democratic members of (A) the El Paso, Texas legislative delegation and (B) the Mexican American Legislative Caucus,
condemned Gov Abbott’s tweet about having to “provide and fund public education for illegal immigrants."

Do the Democratic members of the El Paso, Texas legislative delegation and the Mexican American Legislative Caucus
have a position on Mexicans renting kids out to get more US freebies?

FYI--migrants “rent” children to collect more freebies .... renting a kid helps illegals crossing the border
to claim asylum (that triggers hefty monthly SS checks)

Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Sen Lindsey Graham (R-SC) explained how migrant children are being “rented” to help other migrants claim asylum when attempting to cross into the U.S. over the southern border. During an interview with Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” host Maria Bartiromo pressed Graham on the claim that migrants have been “renting” their children so that others can claim asylum in the U.S. and his claim that 30% of families apprehended while attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border are not really related.

Graham responded by saying that officials at the border have started a “pilot program” where they are testing the DNA of migrant family units at the border and that he was told of “about 60 children” who were being “recycled” at the border to allow more people to claim asylum.

“They told us about 60 children that were recycled,” said Graham. “They pick the child up in Central America, they bring them to the United States, everybody’s released, and the child goes back to Central America to do it again.”

"Impoverished migrants" withdraw 4-5 figure sums......empty out Western Unions

"Fearful" migrants have tons of tax-dollars (collected under several identities) from their extended visa-free stays here.

NOTE: Claiming "asylum" triggers hefty monthly SS checks.

The Washington Examiner reports the "separated migrants" are cleaning out Western Unions in Texas, making bahuge withdrawals:

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — People assisting the thousands of migrants who have arrived in San Antonio after being released from federal custody say Western Unions downtown are regularly running out of cash as a result of the high number of withdrawals being made by emigrants from Central American and African nations. “Western Union has run out for the past two-and-a-half months," said Khalid Chini, a local resident and volunteer at the migrant resource center downtown. "All the surrounding area, the Western Unions, they run out of money.” Withdrawals are running in the four and five-figure sums, according to the Examiner: (Excerpt) Read more at americanthinker.com ...

Migrants' Western Union pile is aside from the remittances already sent back home
to the "violence-proned countries" to which they are anxious to return....with thousands of US tax dollars.

Go to ANY emergency room in Texas and you will easily see why our healthcare insurance is sky high.

Then you have the overcrowded schools, diseases, drugs, gangs, etc. It just goes on and on. And we have to pay for these parasites!

Texas is the only state that has a legal right to declare independence. If they want to save themselves while they still can they probably should. We’d be screwed but there would still be a Texas.

Right to declare independence is part of the charter Texas signed with the Union when it joined. The Texas Tribune may not think so but its there. Either way it will never happen so it is not worth arguing about.

This is a huge cash cow for border school districts and a massive drain on the rest of the state.
EPISD (El Paso) was busted a few years ago telling the meskin students to stay home on state standardized testing days.
