I seem to recall a global currency once.
It was called gold.
When the next Global Crash happens I expect it will go all electronic.
That’s just a guess, admittedly. 2008-2009 will probably seem pretty mild in comparison.
There was an article on how the world used all of their tools in the 2008 crash. I’ll have to try and find it unless someone gets it first.
