For the Mayor of the city to go out and declare that one particular business is superior to all the others should be an actionable offense. Oh for pete's sake. He made a statement of personal preference.
And considering the high handed and totally arbitrary way some states decide what you own and try to collect I am on the side of the pizza joint until the state proves it's self in the right.

I’m gonna guess the state audited this CASH business by going there and counting people in and out.
As far as I know the big secret to this places pizza is that they simply make it the way it was universally done in, say 1964. More or less.
