Blacks are the most monolithic voting bloc in the country. They vote like 90% Democratic every time, every election, regardless of the year (GOP wave year, Democratic wave year), the candidates, the state the election is being held, etc. Around 90% every time, without fail.
I’m convinced a presidential election between Tim Scott (R) and David Duke (D) would result in 85% black vote for Duke.
