This sounds like a photo op more than an aerial display. Recall AF1 doing the same over Manhattan when the kenyan was POTUS.

I’ve got the DVR going on it. Was leaving for a Wound Care Clinic Appointment just as it came on. If nobody puts it on Scru-U-toob I’ll see if I can edit out that time line, I set the DVR FOR 1 hour.
