BTW, I will be impressed if a Republican wins in a TIGHT district, not a heavy R district regardless of the margin.

This particular election tells me LITTLE about the State of Pennsylvania and how it will vote in 2020, other than Heavily Republican districts will still vote Republican.

It has to do with turnout, because even in a safe Republican district, turnout is key to an overall win in a state for Trump.
