Notice how they say begin to rise. It implies that sea level rise is happening while not explicitly saying it is actually happening.
The glaciers of Greenland are also contributing to a rise in the global sea level faster than was previously believed. Other research has shown that higher snowfalls from the North Atlantic oscillation caused the interior of the ice cap to thicken by an average of 6 cm or 2.36 in/y between 1994 and 2005.
So, on the one hand, melting glaciers are contributing to the rise in global sea levels, and on the other hand, global warming is causing the ice cap to thicken because you get higher snowfalls when the world warms up.
In other words: "Everything is proof of global warming".
