This sounds like something different that the Red Flag Law.
I think there will be more instances like this under the Red Scare Laws. Any infraction can be used and most likely will be. They are a bad idea for a knee jerk society but I think that is what the plan has been all along. With them I believe we dive headlong into the police state pool....
Enforce the laws on the books and maybe, just maybe we will get some better results.
As long as he can get a quick court date, it should be resolved quickly.
I do find it interesting that someone can simply make a claim and, poof, you lose your CC permit. Imagine someone saying they saw a car that looked like yours doing something crazy and you get a notification that you have to surrender your driver’s license.
Same thing.

Domestic Violence is one of the primary components of red flag laws.
