The Torah delineates the borders of Israel proper as an eternal, irrevocable inheritance of the Jewish people. Simple. However the Bible decrees that the nations will join themselves to Israel in the days of Messiah. They will come to the Temple on Jerusalem to worship the King of the Universe. The entire world then will be incorporated into the Commonwealth of Israel, and all people will enjoy the blessings of the Kingdom of G-d. This is the inevitable process of History, and it cannot be stopped; delayed, yes, but not stopped. The Redemption of Mankind will not come another way.
You left out the part where the Messiah will slaughter most of the nations, as well as wicked Jews, and it will be remnants of the nations who will go to Jerusalem to celebrate Sukkot.
Like it or not a) The promise that Israel would rule from the Euphrates to the Nile was fulfilled under Solomon, and b) that guy the Talmud says is in burning feces up to His ears for all eternity is the Messiah who came to redeem all men, not just the Jews.
The Redemption of Mankind has come and you reject Him.
