Well as I KNOW with RICO, as I have acquaintances that are involved a little, you just get caught TALKING to a guy who’s a known associate to one of the families and if you’re on parole, you can be sent back.

They are not “immigrants”. They are “illegal aliens”.
They broke the law coming into the country, and feel no compunction about breaking the law. In many cases the individuals in question continue to break additional laws, while remaining within our borders.
Maybe in West Virginia there is not the attitude, that when it comes to illegals, the law should be overlooked, and ignored, or fought against.
