We regret to inform you that Jay-Z has been canceled. No, its not his future album, or his next concert, that has been canceled but Jay-Z, the human being. He has been axed, nixed, non-personed.
On Wednesday, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Jay-Z announced a partnership between the league and the legendary rappers entertainment company, Roc Nation. The partnership would be part entertainment and part activism and involve the NFLs Inspire Change campaign, which will promote criminal-justice reform and better police-community relations.
The online backlash came almost instantaneously. The anger at Jay-Z involved his support for Colin Kaepernick, the ex-49ers quarterback who kneeled during the national anthem in protest against police brutality and hasnt been signed to an NFL team in years. Kaepernick and his supporters believe its because of his activism, not his football skills, that he has been kept out of the NFL.

I wont preach. They all thought Hillary would win in a landslide. Didnt happen and they are nuts. Prepare accordingly.
Just as well, sports is not the place for activism, the sooner it stops the better.
If they are going to do the $#!+ again I am glad they are doing it before the season starts. Its too bad because I was hoping they would wise up and stop playing politics with our national entertainment.
Nothing surprising in this, it was inevitably to happen ... while the 'right' (meaning us normal people) pretty much ignored the left's taunts at us, they naturally had nowhere to turn against except amongst themselves ...
It must suck being a rabid leftist, waking up every morning thinking "who am I going to denigrate today?", and then upon finding nobody left to disparage, to spit at their own reflection in the mirror.
Yeah, it's gotta suck being a leftie .... /laughs
Because of Jay Z and football??
Yet another reason not to pay any attention whatsoever to the NFL.
Im sorry, is Jizzy famous?
Or maybe it's because his "activism" caused a loss of about 18% of the NFL's TV audience over two years.
Football is more fun on Saturdays anyway. The past few years even more so.
Poor Sarah Silverman! All she did was make the “mistake” of trying to be funny (or, as she claims, make a case against racism). She forgot that the Left has no sense of humor, unless it is to mock the President and his supporters. The question for poor Sarah is does she now have a better understanding of free speech and how its’ loss by one person is a loss for us all? I doubt it. As soon as she can, she will ingratiate herself with the Left by dumping on Trump or on white conservatives in general. Presumably, she has learned her lesson and never again will she gore any sacred cow worshiped by the Left.
