No problem here. I would never encourage people to more to the hell hole that is Arizona: 140℉ every day, rattlesnakes roaming the neighborhoods, scorpions the size of Chihuahuas.

Texas has taken a bunch of them like Toyota North America and it’s 17000+. Many others, like McKesson, as well. I only wish the CA Republicans were as conservative as the rest of us!
