The job of the ME is to determine cause of death, i.e., asphyxiation by ligature, not manner of death, e.g., homicide, suicide, or natural. Manner of death is the job of the coroner.

I also like how the suicide attempt might’ve been an assault by another inmate, they asked the possible assaulter about it. So apparently the guards go the break room and watch movies on the mid shift and the prisoners are free to just wander around after lights-out. What is that place, the freakin’ Marriott?

Was it a Vince Foster suicide..multiple shots to head and then self transport, rolled up in a rug, to a local park?
Or a Justice Scalia “natural death” (did the body have a pillow over its face...which occurs in all “heart attack” deaths)
