My point was that all the Freeper rejoicing was unjustified. It was not actually winning. California ia perhaps the largest hole in the border and it is not plugged yet

Yep, I understood that but the rejoicing is about restricting district judges making nationwide injunctions.

It appears that 9th is putting the brakes on national injunctions. this ruling will, most likely, change the destination of a lot of the illegals, (amnesty applicants), from NM and TX to AR and CA. It could be good or bad. On the good side it means that half or more of the illegals will now go tothe states in the 9th jurisdiction, relieving pressure on TX and NM borders. On the bad side it will require ramping up immigration judges and the initial “fear” interviewers.
