According to a policy proposal on her campaign website Wednesday, Harris said she would work to "combat and disarm violent hate" from white supremacists by pushing for legislation to give courts the ability to issue "Domestic Terrorism Prevention Orders" to take away the guns of "a suspected terrorist or individual who may imminently perpetrate a hate crime."

She would likely scream in outrage over having a law authorizing preemptive detention, finger-printing, and bio-metric scanning of anyone consorting with known gang members. But that would save far more lives.

If that legislation applied to blacks in the ghetto the courts would be issuing millions of “domestic terrorism prevention orders”.

The proof that the order was valid would be when a police officer tried to serve the warrant. :-)
