This is EXACTLY why pro-liberty, pro-freedom, pro-2nd Amendment people like me oppose any kind of “gun control” laws. Every single one of them has two strikes against it. One, it will not work, it will not stop someone bent on death and destruction- in spite of being sold that way. Two, as demonstrated here, every single “common sense” gun control law is merely a stepping stone, that much further down the slippery slope towards disarmament. Its never going to be just an assault weapons ban, just magazine limits, just background checks, just red flag laws... Because they will not stop the next whack job. When they inevitably fail, the anti gun, (really pro disarmament, that’s their goal) types will push for more. We are seeing the next salvo of abuse right here.

So true! The goal here of the left has nothing to do with safety or preventing a mass shootings. For them, any type of shooting offers a propaganda opportunity, and the more bodies there are, the bigger the opportunity. They have a single goal in mind, and it isn't favorable to people like you and I.

She should be asked: “Democrats such as Irish Bob have flat out said America is a racist country. The media and Democrats have made the claim that Trump voters are primarily white supremacists.
