Northeast Philadelphia is still fairly decent. Lots of good neighborhoods and good families, schools, etc.
But North Philly, Kensington, Germantown, and others...forget it!
I just don’t like cities in general.
All the commotion gives me anxiety.
I’ll stick to Chester County.
