I think at some point you bring in the armored vehicles and let half of those police cars move on. Probably little reason to have so many cops there. Of course, this is a tactical situation and many other officers not working could have been called in. I’m sure the department knows what it’s doing.
Yes, in Philadelphia, most certainly I'm sure they do. Probably will provide continuing education classes to Chicago and Baltimore PDs after this.
