Any of you remember this story back in March of this guy's "coincidental" death?
Was he added to the "arkancide" list too?

Why would you choose someone in his nineties to preside over a case?

At 96, I think we can’t rule out natural causes, though how many other 90-somethings are presiding over cases?

I can’t say, but maybe he should be given an honorable mention until it is conclusively proven different.

And he was only 96! Struck down in the prime of his life...
What causes a person to continue on in such a job at the age of 96? His home life must be really boring.

From his wiki page he looked like a good solid judge with a civil libertarian bent. He was semi-retired and I hope this wasn’t arkencide, because losing this guy is definitely a loss.

It does point to the political abuse by the courts.
The ONLY reason to stay on the bench at that age is to exact a political agenda.

Did he die of, “old age” while stuffed into a body bag with his hands zip tied behind his back?

Age of 96!!! And how did this guy get such a priority case assigned to him; and a case that obviously was going to take considerable time (months??,, years??) to complete.

Nothing like having an 85 year old judge presiding over a scandalous pedophile case in 2008.
The corruption has now gone beyond the DOJ to include the Judicial System.

Just goes to show that you’re never too old to be Arkancided.

Ok, I’ll rule out Arkancide...at this moment. Prayers to his family...
