Ummm, no. There’s nothing large enough in orbit short of the openly known space stations to hold RFG projectiles. People have been looking for them but none have shown up.
*EVERYTHING* in Earth orbit is spotted, tracked and observed on optics and radar by government and private institutions. The *purpose* or function of a particular orbiting device may not be known, but its size and presence is and there’s no unknown sats flying around up there big enough to hold RFG projectiles.
X-37, anyone? :^)

Except for a drone that looks like a smaller version of the space shuttle, which can change orbit often and easily.
A sub-orbital trajectory might be good enough. A highly elliptical orbit as results from a failed insertion to Geo-orbit would serve as well. Wouldn’t it then be viewed as just another piece of temporary space junk?
I have to take your word for it, I know nothing about space watchers.
Curious tho, not even that near permanently orbiting plane that nobody knows anything about?? Stays up for 2 years plus... I read the tungston rods would be 12” diameter and 20’ long...
Does not seem like it would need to be that big or obvious to me, to hold that payload.
