My opinion too.
Except that ignores the reality of orbital observation. *EVERYTHING* on orbit is watched by multiple different means - radar, infrared, optical. You could watch the X-37 optically at all times when it was in orbit - there were public websites run in/by third party nations set up for just that - and there was no separation of any object from the craft. Further, there is NO stealth in space at any current or forseeably advanced from today level of technology.
Everything larger than a lunchbox is watched and tracked in orbit these days.
Everything. Not even relying on government information sources either.
