The arrest warrant and complaint accuse Kollie of possession of a firearm by an unlawful user/addict of a controlled substance and making a false statement regarding firearms.So. It looks like this guy was already violating a Red Flag Law.
We obviously need to pass more of them. That'll solve the problem, right?
