Can confirm the airport is closed, my brother in law was there on business and can’t get out of Hong Kong. It was massive chaos, protest and huge crowds inside the terminal, he barely was able to get through security (he said a “guardian angel” helped him get through, one of the last ones to make it through, and he is now resting in the very last space in a lounge area on the other side of security. Please be praying for him and others who are wanting to be able to leave the country. He is hoping it will reopen tomorrow and he can get a flight out through Taiwan or Japan to get home.
