Its that simple, and this isnt that controversial. Evidence? What evidence, how is it collected in advance of a crime being committed (or not) and by whom? Who gets to determine due process? A star chamber? A DA with a reputation to make? Some gun grabbing activist judge?
All I see is a steep slippery slope with the incline properties of a cliff. And to think this guy had promise. Just another swamp critter.

Its that simple, and this isnt that controversial. Once the schools start teaching the kids how to red flag their parents, it will be a nightmare. There'll be a lot of "I thought daddy was going to shoot my mom when they had an argument last night" going on.
