The Left has so much video footage squirreled away in their archives, representing compromising material on what is likely an overwhelming majority of potential nominees to high courts, that they want merely their bluster to keep them from having to use that honey-pot material out in any open forum against conservative judges.

They would prefer to be able to threaten the use of such honey-pot material--included male-on-male, of course--to get nominees to withdraw.

The Dems intend that no nominee should have to think--let alone utter--the immortal words, "You wouldn't dare!"
