Well... He’s definitely got into Missouri fishing and hunting. Paddlefish roe is a popular substitute for sturgeon caviar, by the way.

The photo was so weird, I didn’t realize that those were spoonbill after the first look. Springfield is not far from the Lake of the Ozarks / Truman Lake.
