For a guy who has so much difficulty reading his prompter, he sure can’t shut up long enough to let his guests talk.
I noticed that Carter, Solomon & Hannity are now using terms like “damning” when they were saying “incriminating”. None of them will say anymore that there will be criminal charges. It almost sounds like they have been informed that nothing is going to happen of any consequence. It’s a “serious investigation” not there will be indictments. “We’ll have to see”.
When the best you can hope for is that some of thes players like McCabe & Stroek have to pay lawyers for their lame suits against the government, it’s a sad state of affairs. Graham and Jordan’s idea of accountability sems to be that there will be “a report”.
We are having a drinking game now: “buckle up” “by the way” “literally” “and oh!” “Maybe if my name was” “I’m not a lawyer, but”
Depressing.
If it goes to a jury, the chief qualification of a juror will be ignorance of the events.
This will give the defense a chance to confuse the jury and get a hung jury or an acquittal.

The GOP was so convinced they put up two Designated Losers to be sure they got Precedent Obama so they could run ineligible candidates too.
