Any movie or video that depicts the use or bandishing of a firearm for any reason should have an automatic NC-17 rating attached to it. Movies that depict the use of firearms as being "funny" or "comical" should be banned completely.

Penalties for violation of these laws should be draconian, particularly for performers, producers and distributors.
