I couldn’t believe the woman appearing in Dayton was really the mayor - she looked like a bag lady and could barely speak in coherent sentences. I thought it was because it was all so fresh but as each day went on, she never improved. She must have become mayor by knowing someone who knew someone who knew someone. She and the lady who always appeared beside her were very unprofessional - both in action and looks! Sorry if that offends some!
This quote from her confirms my first impression. I wonder if she even knew what she meant by that.
