The incompetence and outright subversion at the FBI is probably rampant.
I don’t think anymore for one second, that it doesn’t run deeply into every dept, and every level.
This idea, that you have an organization in the justice dept that has loyal men and women through out is probably crap.
Starting with this guy Wray, and working down, I suspect it’s runs deep.
The conservatives, the loyal people were probably ushered out during the Obama years.

In fairness it wasn’t a report, it was on air commentary and only one click crazier than a lot of stuff that is said on their air
