I’m not a troll but have an honest question. What is the difference between Free Republic banning trolls and Twitter de-platforming Mitch McConnell? Can someone explain in legal terms why one is okay and one is not?
Hmmmm… Well, Twitter and Facebook are private compenys.. Maybe if Mitch claimed he was gay he would have a chance of getting reinstated.. You know, like making a baker make a Fagot cake... Or whatever.. :)
What if they monitored your calls and texts and decided to pause your usage?

It would be the same comparison as Hilton kicking someone out of a legally used room versus you kicking someone out of your home.

Ma Bell was land lines - utilities. I think cellular communication is a different matter. I don’t know the answer - that’s why I posed the questions.
