There are hundreds of articles about Iran supporting terrorism. I am surprised someone on FR is so ignorant on this issue.
For two decades the state department has declared them the biggest supporter of terrorism. Is that Shia enough for you, an entire terrorist Shia country?

Though I disagree with your wanting to get into a war with Iran right now, you are correct in the Regime’s financing of groups other than shias. They will support just about any group, including Taliban & Al Qaeda, as a means to their ends.
However, the correct statement, is that the Iranian regime is the leading STATE sponsor of terrorism - Meaning the government itself sponsors it. Though individual extremely wealthy Saudis with lineage to the royal family do sponsor it, it is not condoned and sponsored by the gov’t itself. The IRI openly supports Hamas, Hezbollah and other terrorist groups across the globe. Gov’t funding is allocated for it.

I believe we are making a serious mistake to let Iran continue down the development path. I take them for their word and i believe they are fanatics; not like the USSR who didn’t want to experience major loss as they already had in the last century. Bolton was hardly the only guy calling out the Clinton Administration’s foreign policy. Would that the Clintons had done more about OBL, regardless of what that more might have been.
A Sunni Islamic mole from Kuwait or Saudi Arabia who was looking to get the U.S. to undermine its Shi'ite adversaries and help advance Sunni Islam around the world probably wouldn't have acted any differently than that bunch of American traitors.
