Where is the FCC?

They have NO jurisdiction over cable networks. They are limited to regulating over-the-air broadcast radio and TV stations.

So since the networks are mandated by FCC rulings they have to provide OTA broadcasts for those who choose not to access them by having cable or it is not available

It’s the Law, so are they not breaking it or are they splitting the content and delivering 2 versions based on medium utilized??
