Lately, shooters have been white boys barely out of puberty. Motives murky, but demographic has been consistent lately. Whatever that signifies.

Read the manifesto. I don’t see a 21 year old loon writing that. First of all, it is a mish-mash of left and right and it seems to me a little bit too literate and well punctuated. I am not saying the syntax is perfect, but at this point I think it is not of his hand.
