Why you shouldn’t worry about the DOJ not prosecuting Comey on leaked memos

Nunes explained the situation very well, on Tucker’s program last night. ALL the evidence they have accumulated against Comey is being handed over to John Durham, and there are, in addition to the leak in evidence crime, several other crimes around which they are building a case against him. I am, for now, willing to take a wait and see attitude, for now.

Barr is right....You don’t want to start with a weaker, less egregious case. After all the “classification” was made post Comey leaking and there are mitigating factors involved which would make this conviction a bit iffy (should be no problem with starting a soft coup).

Sorry but this is a load of BS. Why do you ask? The FISA abuse is years old. If they can’t make a case in the six months Barr has been on the job, when will they? What is there to even question? You don’t need an OIG report to charge anyone, that’s silly.

Barr received dozens of criminal referrals from congress almost on the day he was appointed. NOT ONE person paid the price or was charged. A lot of the referral were provable on day one. Lying to Congress under oath and obstruction of a congressional inquiry among the few.

It is amazing that so many still believe we have a Justice System that applies to everyone equally.

I would wait for someone like Ohr to be convicted and then sit back as he rats everyone out. Then you corroborate it with the evidence already collected. Then you send everyone to prison and the best part is it won’t be political.

Everything Orr did is provable this second, heck months ago. So, how long are we supposed to wait?

Yes you are correct historically.

But the problem is that nowhere in our history do you see a man like President Trump.

He has assembled a team that will reinstate a constitutional government.

I predict that Wray’s days are numbered and that will greatly improve the chances that the high rollers will pay the price for their criminal activities.

Spring 2020. In an election year. Plus it kills any chance of the Clinton’s stealing the nomination.

You would have had Rosenstein prosecute him?

And that woman judge who tried Maniford or maybe the one trying Roger Stone trying Orr?

Trump is more than brilliant.

Remember when we had the solid South dims resisting all civil rights legislation and as a result Jim Crow laws were safe?

What did the civil rights proponents do?

They bypassed congress and used the courts to get what they wanted.

Trump is using exactly the same strategy and everyone is too blind to see it.

But the court system is slow.

Comey already got his. A 7 figure book deal. Those book deals are the promise. That’s people in the privileged telling other people in the privileged class to not lose faith, keep their mouth shut, they’ll be taken care of. Your list there proves my point. None of them went down. Most of them got 7 figure book deals.

"And as you do, imagine to potential consequences of taking as the first case against Comey a prosecution that could well be lost. Once a prosecution fails, the calls to drop the “political motivated persecution” would be legion."

After dropping the first case, the calls to drop the second as a "There's nothing there!" case will also be legion.

Maybe they haven't got enough to charge Comey for leaking, but there is no point in pretending this action will make subsequent charges any less vulnerable to Leftist political spin.

.and the libtards will brand you Revolutionaires and the Rats in Congress will legislate you into “re-education camps”. The media will vilify you into “Nazis that deserve to die”.

Oh hell yeah! Why wouldn’t they? They have no choice. They themselves are in fact ALL of those things.

Indicting someone prior to the report being issued would be other than just plain silly, political suicide.

What possible advantage could there be to indict a few weeks earlier than when the report is issued??

Sorry, but that would be just plain stupid.

BTW, you may consider being a bit reluctant to quote George Bernard Shaw as your go to expert on anything.

“George Bernard Shaw Was so Enamored with Socialism He Advocated Genocide to Advance It”

We are as bad as the dems. They hang on to Russian Collusion until they look completely stupid. We hang on to the idea that deep state crimes will be prosecuted until we look completely stupid.
